Enough for about 6 cups of bread cubes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350
Chop the bread into 1" cubes
Place butter and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted. The milk should be hot, but not scalding
Beat the eggs to a light scramble in a large mixing bowl
Add the vanilla, sugar, salt, and spices to the eggs and stir to combine
Add the cubes of bread and stir to combine
Slowly stir in the butter and milk mixture until fully combined
Pour into a baking pan
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the custard has completely set
Notes
Sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream while the pudding is still warm for an extra special touch!
